Every pie starts with 48-hour fermented dough made from imported Italian flours, then finishes in our wood-fired oven right in front of your guests. No reheating, no shortcuts, just real pizza made to order.

We arrive at your event with our wood-fired oven fully set up, and cook each pizza fresh, to order, right in front of your guests. No pre-made trays — every pie is made and fired on-site.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend events, to make sure your date is available.
